Full auto rebar upset forging machine

Full auto rebar upset forging machine is used to upset forge rebar end automatically.

1. Power requires 380v ± 10%, 50HZ ± 2%, if voltage in your sites is unstable, should configure Voltage Stabilizer, otherwise it will cause a malfunction of electrical systems of machine.

2. Clean the appearance of the machine body, track, head, clamping mechanism and oil tank etc.

3. Power line: Power according to the national standard three-phase four-wire system (25mm2), pay attention to the reliability of "PE" line (ground line) connection.

4. Check rotation direction of oil pump motor

Press button “oil pump opened” to check rotation direction, the right direction has been marked on oil pump, and the rotation should be light and no noise. If rotation direction is not right, pls connect wire again.
